Sports Mole previews Saturday's visit of Championship leaders Cardiff City to Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest will have it all to do on Saturday when they host Championship leaders Cardiff City at the City Ground.

Malky Mackay's men have put together a run of three consecutive wins to move them a point clear at the top of the standings after 10 games.

Forest recovered from their 1-0 defeat to Derby County in the East Midlands derby with four points from a possible six and have an outside chance of gatecrashing the playoff places with victory against the Bluebirds.

Dexter Blackstock will serve out his three-match ban this weekend, while Marcus Tudgay could return to the side following a hernia operation.

Craig Bellamy will face a late fitness test for Cardiff, who have Jordan Mutch and Tommy Smith available.

Current form:

Forest: DDLLDW

Cardiff: WWLWWW

Forest: Camp; Harding, Collins, Halford, Ayala; Gillett, Cohen, McGugan, Reid; Cox, Sharp

Cardiff: Marshall; McNaughton, Taylor, Hudson, Connolly; Whittingham, Cowie, Noone, Gunnarsson; Mason, Helguson

Sports Mole says: 1-2
