Oldham Athletic manager Paul Dickov has insisted that he will continue to 'roll his sleeves up and work hard' while he is manager of the League One club.
Despite a 3-2 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup, Dickov is under pressure to keep his job at Boundary Park and the former Manchester City forward has admitted that he needs to hold showdown talks with chairman Simon Corney after many of his backroom staff were sacked last month.
Dickov told reporters: "The one thing I will always do is roll my sleeves up and get on with it.
"There are a lot of things that went on that me and Simon need to talk about.
"You can spit your dummy out or you can roll your sleeves up and get on with it and one thing I will always do is work hard."
Oldham are in 19th place in the League One table after failing to win any of their last eight matches.
