Hernan Crespo to be promoted by Parma?

Argentine great Hernan Crespo could reportedly be promoted from youth team coach to first team manager at Parma as the pressure mounts on Roberto Donadoni.

Parma are reportedly planning to replace manager Roberto Donadoni with goalscoring hero Hernan Crespo.

Donadoni has found himself under intense pressure following his side's poor start to the Serie A season.

The Gialloblu are currently bottom of thetable and have lost seven of their eight league games this season.

According to Sky Sport Italia, youth team coach Crespo is the favourite to replace Donadoni, who has been given two games to save his job.

Crespo had two spells at Parma during his playing career and won the Coppa Italia, UEFA Cup and Supercoppa Italiana with the club.
