The hosts went ahead with 10 minutes played when Jeremy Menez tapped in after Javier Pastore had shown quick feet to take the ball past goalkeeper David Ospina.
Ospina was shown a red card in the 65th minute for bringing down Ezequiel Lavezzi before Zlatan Ibrahimovic made it 2-0 from the resulting penalty.
The victory was sealed with two minutes left to play through Clement Chantome's simple finish.
