Queens Park Rangers midfielder Karl Henry has admitted that his side are planning to be physical in their Premier League clash against Swansea City.
The R's recorded a crucial win in their fight against the drop as they defeated Leicester City on Saturday, and Henry is determined to continue that run against the Swans by disrupting their possession game.
He told reporters: "We want to go there, make it ugly and difficult for them to play and, hopefully, come away with something. It's important that we show everyone what we're about and that we're going to dig in deep.
"There's a lot of psychology involved. That part of it, when you get your head right and you can win your physical battles, sometimes people go into their shells and it can give you the upper hand in games.
"That's what it's all about – we need to be physical, to do whatever it takes."
Harry Redknapp's men are 18th in the Premier League ahead of their clash at the Liberty Stadium.
