Queens Park Rangers owner and chairman Tony Fernandes has admitted that the team are not performing at the level that they should be at this stage of the Premier League season.
Harry Redknapp's men have suffered five defeats in seven matches, the latest coming against West Ham United in yesterday's 2-0 loss at Upton Park.
While Fernandes criticised the results, the Malaysian businessman has called on the players to "get ready for battle".
"Just not good enough," Fernandes wrote on Twitter. "Stand tall and be brave. we got good players. Its time they get fit and get ready for battle."
QPR will take on Liverpool after the international break on October 19.
