Harry Redknapp describes his new job at Queens Park Rangers as his 'toughest' ever managerial assignment.

Harry Redknapp has said that he feels taking the Queens Park Rangers job is his toughest ever managerial assignment.

Redknapp was confirmed as the new Rangers manager yesterday and watched his new side surrender a lead at Manchester United.

He took training for the first time with his new players this morning and when asked if the job was his toughest yet, he told Sky Sports News: "It probably is yes, because we've only got four points from 13 games. I don't think it gets much tougher than that.

"It will be difficult but we'll see how we go. We'll give it our best shot and you can't do any more than that. If the players do their best, then we've got a chance."

The 65-year-old also confirmed that he would be joined by long-time right-hand men Kevin Bond and Joe Jordan.
