Queens Park Rangers midfielder Adel Taarabt could remain with the club until the summer as R's boss Neil Warnock is struggling to find a buyer.
Warnock admitted on Friday that he had yet to receive "a realistic offer" for the £15m rated playmaker.
French side Paris Saint-Germain are understood to be keen but have so far failed to follow up their interest with a solid offer.
QPR must hand over 40% of the controversial Moroccan's next transfer fee to former club Tottenham and are therefore refusing to budge from the asking price.
Taarabt, 22, scored 19 goals as the club won the Championship last season.
