Lee Wallace has said that Rangers "proved a lot of people wrong" by beating Hibernian in the Scottish Championship.
The left-back scored the opening goal and Kenny Miller doubled the advantage in the second half to complete a 2-0 victory for the Gers, who had not won in five matches leading up to the fixture.
"I think everyone tuning into the game, everyone at the game, wouldn't have held much hope for us but we've prepared really well for it," Wallace told Sky Sports News.
"We knew the task ahead but I thought the boys were phenomenal.
"We went out and proved a lot of people wrong today."
The victory moves Rangers to within three points of Hibernian, and confirmed Hearts as Scottish Championship title winners.
