Preview: Reading vs. Millwall

Sports Mole previews Millwall's trip to Reading in the Championship on Tuesday.

Reading can make it three consecutive wins in the Championship on Tuesday night when they host Millwall.

The Royals are currently one point off the playoff places thanks to a recent run of form that has seen them take 10 points from a possible 18.

Their last victory came on Saturday with a comfortable 3-0 triumph at home to struggling Fulham.

Millwall head into the match on the same number of points as their opponents, though they were beaten 2-0 by Ipswich Town in their last outing.

Danny Guthrie could be in contention for Reading after spending much of the season on the sidelines, while Stephen Kelly, Hal Robson-Kanu and Nick Blackman are also understood to be nearing full fitness.

Lions duo Nicky Bailey and Sid Nelson recently started training again following separate injuries, but this match may have come too soon for the pair.

Recent form

Reading: DWLLWW

Millwall: WWDLWL

Sports Mole says: 2-1
