Jose Mourinho wants no January transfer activity

Jose Mourinho says that he wants no new signings or players leaving the club in the January transfer window.

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has said that he does not want any transfer activity at the Bernabeu in January.

The Portuguese coach's insistence over transfers comes despite strong interest in some of his squad players, including Lass Diarra, Raul Albiol and Esteban Granero, who have been linked with moves to the Premier League.

"I have not asked for any signings and I have been clear I wouldn't like it if anyone left," said Mourinho.

"The players know it, the board of directors too,

"I would like to start and finish the season with the same players."

Real Madrid face Granada on Saturday night.
