Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel is unsure whether Neymar will be leaving the club this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel has admitted that he is unsure whether Neymar will be leaving the club before this summer's transfer window slams shut.

The French champions are believed to have placed a €200m (£188m) valuation on the 27-year-old amid speculation that both Barcelona and Real Madrid want to sign him in the coming weeks.

The Brazil international was not included in the PSG squad that faced Nimes on Sunday night, fuelling suggestions that he was nearing an exit.

After the Ligue 1 fixture, Tuchel revealed that he is "trying to convince" the South American to remain in Paris but has accepted that the former Santos youngster could move on.

"I have no news on his future," Tuchel told Canal+. "He is with us. He was very decisive for us. If we lose Neymar, maybe I will not sleep. Because it would be hard to lose him and find another player who can do the same things for us. Maybe no news is good news.

"It's hard not knowing. Because I want him at home. But we have to find solutions without him too. I'm trying to convince him to stay. But on the other hand, it's a personal choice. It's between him and the club."

Neymar is believed to have made it clear that he wants to leave the French capital this summer to return to Spain, where he turned out for Barca between 2013 and 2017.
