Roma coach Rudi Garcia has revealed that he has a deep admiration for the achievements of Juventus boss Antonio Conte, declaring that his team is a mirror image of the manager's fighting spirit.
Conte has enjoyed huge success as a coach with the Old Lady, winning back-to-back Serie A titles which included a 49-match unbeaten run.
Garcia has shared that a short meeting with Conte during pre-season strengthened his opinion, welcoming comparisons between the two managers.
He told reporters: "I got to talk to him for 10 minutes when Juventus came to Trigoria for training for the Super Cup.
"It was a short meeting, but it was enough to understand that in front of me was a person of great depth.
"I admire him for the results he has obtained and because he is a fighter. He has a spirit that is in common with his team."
The Frenchman has made an impressive start to life at the Stadio Olimpico, winning seven consecutive matches to lead the Giallorossi to their best ever start in Serie A.
