Roma have secured the services of Stuttgart defender Antonio Rudiger on an initial season-long loan deal.
Under the terms of the agreement with their German counterparts, the Giallorossi have the right to make the transfer permanent for around £6m ahead of the 2016-17 campaign.
"I'm absolutely delighted to be able to wear the Roma jersey. I've come here to win titles, to win the Scudetto. I would like to thank all the Roma fans and promise them that I will give everything for this club," the 22-year-old told the club's official website.
Rudiger has been capped by world champions Germany on six occasions.
