Roma are reportedly close to completing the signing of DeAndre Yedlin.
The 21-year-old made three appearances for the USA in this summer's World Cup and plays his club football for Seattle Sounders.
Earlier this month it was reported that the defender had agreed on a switch to the Italian club, and Sky Sport Italia claims that a deal is nearly complete.
It is believed that Yedlin will cost Roma $5m (£3m), but he will be allowed to stay on loan at his club until January.
Yedlin has played seven times for his country, after making his debut in February.
