Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has been named January's Premier League Manager of the Month for the second year running.
The Dutchman, who is the first Southampton boss to win the award three times, managed to guide his side to three wins out of four matches in the first month of the year.
After losing 1-0 to Norwich City at the beginning of the year, Southampton recovered 11 days later to seal a 2-0 win over Watford.
A 3-0 triumph over West Bromwich Albion was to follow and then a late 1-0 victory over Manchester United.
Charlie Austin scored the 87th-minute winner shortly after coming on as a substitute to make his debut for the coastal side following a £4m move from Queens Park Rangers.
After receiving the award, Koeman told the club's official website: "I'm very pleased because it's always nice to win awards.
"It's of course a personal prize, but it's great for the whole technical staff, all the players, the people in the club and the fans that we win again. It's my third Manager of the Month award and that's a great feeling."
Meanwhile, Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero was named Player of the Month for January after scoring five goals in three games.
