Emmanuel Adebayor lavishes Christian Eriksen with praise

Emmanuel Adebayor praises Christian Eriksen for his role in the draw with West Bromwich Albion last Saturday.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor has praised teammate Christian Eriksen following his late equaliser in the 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion last Saturday.

Eriksen earned a point for Spurs, who were 3-0 down at one stage in the first half, and Adebayor is hopeful that the Dane can continue to produce his best form in the closing stages of the season.

"It was an amazing finish from Christian," the 30-year-old told the club's official website. "We know how good he is and hopefully he will be the man to finish the season well for us because when he plays well, we play well.

"We're happy and we have to keep going until the end of the season."

Spurs take on Fulham at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon.
