Gareth Bale calls on his Spurs teammates to continue their recent form against QPR today.

Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale has called for his side to build on their win at Reading and produce a strong performance against Queens Park Rangers today.

Spurs beat Reading 3-1 last weekend to get their first win of the season.

They followed that up with a good performance against Lazio despite only drawing 0-0 on Thursday.

Welsh international Bale is calling for more of the same when they play QPR this afternoon.

"We want to build on the win at Reading," said Bale. "We want to take our form into the next game which is QPR.

"It is important to get that win and keep our run going in the Premier League.

"We were unlucky against Lazio, who are a top Serie A team, but we will take the positives into the games against QPR."

The match takes place at White Hart Lane this afternoon.
