Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker is close to penning a new deal at the club worth around £19.5m, according to a report.
The England international is said to have been offered a five-year contract at White Hart Lane which will see his wages rise to £75,000 a week.
It is claimed by The Sun that the 26-year-old, who joined Spurs from Sheffield United in 2009 and will therefore be in line for a testimonial when agreeing fresh terms, is happy with the offer on the table.
Walker has fended off competition from Kieran Trippier in North London to retain his position as first-choice right-back, while also nailing down a regular starting spot with the Three Lions.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is understood to be keen to tie down last season's title-challenging players to long-term deals, with Christian Eriksen among those to commit their future to the Lilywhites of late.
