Lyon chairman: Hugo Lloris could leave

Hugo Lloris may leave Lyon this summer, according to the club's chairman Jean-Michel Aulas.

Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas has hinted that goalkeeper Hugo Lloris may leave the club this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old French international stopper, but Aulas believes that Lloris will join one of Europe's elite clubs if he departs Stade Gerland.

"I met him before he left for the French team," Aulas told L'Equpe. "He told me if there is a proposition from a great European club, he could be tempted to go.

"However, I don't think there is such an offer so far. The big European sides all have quality keepers."

Lloris has been capped 32 times by France.
