Report: Son Heung-min to fly in for Tottenham Hotspur medical

A report claims that Bayer Leverkusen's Son Heung-min is flying to London to complete a medical at Tottenham Hotspur, who have agreed a £22m deal for the South Korean.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed a £22m deal with Bayer Leverkusen for the signing of South Korean international Son Heung-min.

The 23-year-old joined Leverkusen from Hamburger SV in 2013 and has scored 29 times in 87 appearances for the German club.

Spurs have thus far been frustrated in their attempts to sign West Bromwich Albion forward Saido Berahino, and according to Kolner Stadt-Anzeiger, their attention has now switched to Son, who is said to be flying to London for a medical.

Son, who was a youth-team player at FC Seoul before joining Hamburg in 2008, has also hit 11 goals in 44 games for his country.
