Report: Wigan Athletic line up loan move for Alex Pritchard

Wigan Athletic boss Uwe Rosler wants to bring Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Alex Pritchard to his side on a loan deal for next season, according to a report.

Wigan Athletic boss Uwe Rosler has set his sights on securing a loan move for Tottenham Hotspur youngster Alex Pritchard, according to a report.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Swindon Town and impressed during his time at the County Ground, scoring eight goals in 44 appearances in all competitions.

Rosler took note of Pritchard's form and feels that he would be the perfect addition to his promotion-chasing side for the next campaign, reports The Mirror.

Wigan finished fifth in the Championship and were knocked out of the playoffs in the semi-finals by Queens Park Rangers.
