Sporting Lisbon are allegedly open to selling Bruno Fernandes, despite being prepared to offer the playmaker a new contract.

Sporting Lisbon reportedly remain open to parting ways with Bruno Fernandes in one of the upcoming transfer windows.

Despite Fernandes agreeing terms over a switch to Tottenham Hotspur, Sporting decided to turn down bids from the Champions League runners-up ahead of the new season.

There is now talk of the 25-year-old penning fresh terms with his current club - something which is being entertained by Sporting.

However, A Bola claims that they are still prepared to sell the player, providing that they receive an offer in the region of €70m (£62.6m).

Fernandes has previously acknowledged that he would like to move to the Premier League at some stage of his career, although Real Madrid are likely to monitor the situation until his future is resolved.
