Ryan Shawcross has returned to the Stoke City side for this evening's FA Cup fourth-round tie against Rochdale.

The 27-year-old missed last weekend's 1-0 victory over Leicester City, but he has recovered from his recent groin injury to play.

There is also a place in goal for Jack Butland, while Jonathan Walters has shaken off a minor back problem to start.
