Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has admitted that his team need to create more chances after they slumped to a 2-0 pre-season friendly loss to Brentford.
The Championship side led at half time through an Akaki Gogia goal, before Stuart Dallas confirmed the win with a close-range strike midway through the second period.
Hughes is quoted as saying by The Sentinel: "First half I thought we had good power and energy in the team. Second half with all the substitutions it became a bit fragmented.
"I thought we were a bit unfortunate with the two goals and didn't create an awful lot ourselves. But that's where we are in our preparations in terms of picking the lock and that's something we will look to work on in the next two weeks."
Stoke are now due to fly to France for a training camp.
