Sports Mole looks ahead to this Sunday's vital Premier League clash between Sunderland and Southampton.

Neither Sunderland nor Southampton are safe from relegation as they prepare to go into battle at the Stadium of Light this Sunday.

Paolo Di Canio's Black Cats are just three points away from the drop zone following their 1-1 draw with Stoke City, while the Saints aren't in a much healthier position.

The former Championship outfit are just one point above this weekend's rivals due to clinching just two victories in their last six games, but they can strengthen their position in the table with three away points.

Danny Graham has had a tough start to his career at Sunderland, but the striker will look to end his goal drought if selected by Di Canio.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino should travel to the North-East with the attacking threat of Adam Lallana and Rickie Lambert.
