Phil Bardsley returns for Sunderland, while Morgan Schneiderlin comes back into the starting XI for Southampton.

Sunderland have made one change to the team that drew 1-1 with Stoke City, with Phil Bardsley replacing the suspended Craig Gardner.

Southampton have also made one change to their team, as Morgan Schneiderlin returns to the starting lineup.

Guly do Prado, who started in the Saints' 1-0 loss at Tottenham Hotspur last week, does not feature in the squad.
