Sunderland defender Paddy McNair has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for three clubs in the Championship.
Earlier this week, it was claimed that the Black Cats had rejected an offer from Brighton & Hove Albion for the Northern Ireland international.
However, according to The Mirror, Stoke City, Derby County and Norwich City all hold an interest in signing the former Manchester United trainee before the end of the summer transfer window.
Sunderland are allegedly holding out for a figure in the region of £5m, which could comfortably be met by Stoke who are now managed by Gary Rowett.
However, Norwich may need to sell before they can commit to a fee of that size, while Derby have publicly acknowledged that cutbacks will have to be made this summer.
McNair still has two years remaining on his contract at the Stadium of Light.
