Swansea City midfielder Jonathan de Guzman has declared that he wants to turn his loan spell at the Liberty Stadium into a permanent move.
De Guzman continued his impressive debut season in the Premier League last weekend with a brace in Swansea's 3-1 win over Stoke City.
The Dutch playmaker has admitted that he would love the chance to continue his career under Michael Laudrup if a deal can be reached with his owners Villarreal.
He told reporters: "I have scored six goals here and am a happy camper, I would love to stay.
"It's a great group, not just the players but the guys around the place, the staff and the fans.
"It's a family club and I like that. There is something good happening here and I like being part of it."
The 25-year-old has scored six times in 28 appearances for Swansea this season.
