Swindon Town boss Mark Cooper: Jordan Stewart is "homesick"

Jordan Stewart is likely to leave Swindon Town due to homesickness, according to manager Mark Cooper.

Mark Cooper has conceded that Jordan Stewart may have played his last game for the club.

The striker only arrived at the County Ground from Glentoran during the summer.

However, the 20-year-old has failed to settle in Wiltshire and has now returned to his native Northern Ireland.

"Jordan Stewart has gone back to Ireland. He's homesick. He came back for a couple of days and he's gone back again, so I think that will be the end of it now," Cooper told Flic Sport.

Cooper made the revelation following his side's 1-0 defeat away at Blackpool yesterday afternoon.
