Nuno confident of top-four finish

Valencia boss Nuno backs his team to achieve their goal of a top-four finish in La Liga next weekend.

Valencia boss Nuno has expressed his belief that his team will secure a top-four finish in La Liga on the final weekend of the season.

Los Che currently sit fourth in the table on 74 points and a win over Almeria next Saturday would secure a Champions League spot.

However, any slip from Valencia would open the door for Sevilla, who are just one point behind in fifth position, to grab fourth.

"Everything's possible on the last day, but we'll go to Almeria with the intention of winning and qualifying for the Champions League," Nuno told reporters.

"The team have always tried to win every game, hence the position we're currently in. I don't think the team were nervous about trying to achieve their objective. Now is the time to rest and prepare for our next game."

Valencia have only lost five of their 37 league games this season.
