West Brom keeper Ben Foster believes that the Baggies are too good to be relegated this season.

West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster is convinced that his side will still be in the Premier League come the end of the season.

The Baggies are currently second from bottom in the table, having picked up four points from a possible 18, but the on-loan Birmingham shotstopper believes that they have the players to stay up.

"We'll be absolutely fine, we will," said the 28-year-old. "I had the misfortune of getting relegated with Birmingham last season and I had the misfortune of getting relegated with Watford (in 2007) as well so I can see what you need in your team to avoid the drop.

"We have plenty of talent in this team to avoid the drop. I would like to think we will start picking up some points soon this season and start climbing up the table."

Albion's next Premier League fixture is a trip to Sunderland on Saturday.
