West Bromwich Albion have announced the departure of two of last summer's signings, with Silvestre Varela and Sebastian Blanco both on their way out after just half a season at the Baggies.
Winger Varela has had his season-long loan from Porto terminated and is now in the process of joining Serie A side Parma.
Blanco, meanwhile, will join San Lorenzo on loan once West Brom have agreed a deal that will give the Argentine side the option to permanently sign him at the end of the season.
Between them, the pair made just five starts and scored one goal, which was Varela's strike in last month's defeat at Queens Park Rangers.
