Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly not given up on signing Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara in January.
The West Midlands outfit had been keen to sign the versatile Frenchman on the final day of the summer window, only for the 21-year-old to reject a move to the Premier League.
However, according to Calciomercato journalist Daniele Longo, Wolves are continuing to monitor the situation ahead of making a new bid.
Kamara is yet to pen a new contract at the Stade Velodrome, leaving him in a position where he can hold discussions with foreign clubs at the beginning of 2022.
Nevertheless, that scenario is also said to have alerted the likes of AC Milan, while Newcastle United could potentially make another bid for the player after their recent takeover.
Kamara has made eight appearances in Ligue 1 this season, helping Marseille into third position with a game in hand.
