St Helens acting head coach Mike Rush has expressed his delight after his side came from behind to claim a 32-10 victory at Salford City Reds.
Despite being 4-6 down at the break, five second-half tries in treacherous conditions gave the Saints a second consecutive win.
"You can't underestimate those conditions," said Rush. "They were horrendous.
"We're really pleased we got two points. There are a lot of positive points we can take away.
"We got into the grind and won that battle for territory and, when we got the chance to post some points, we took them."
The win has lifted Rush's side up to fifth in the Super League table.
