Graham Rowntree says that England are "out to put a few things right" when they face South Africa at Twickenham.

Assistant coach Graham Rowntree has hinted that England are seeking retribution when they face South Africa at Twickenham this weekend.

England have failed to beat the Springboks in their last 10 attempts, including two narrow defeats and a draw in their away series defeat this summer.

He said: "We are out to put a few things right. That last game in Port Elizabeth [in the summer tour against South Africa] was a game we should have won.

"We had lost two games on that tour. We had shown some glimpses but we had given ourselves a mountain to climb by conceding tries.

"I want to see the same as we saw in Port Elizabeth, that pure desire for it not to be a defeat again."

Head coach Stuart Lancaster has made six changes for the match following England's loss to Australia last weekend.
