Former British number one Tim Henman believes that Novak Djokovic proved that he is still the best player on an indoor court on Monday after retaining his ATP World Tour Finals title against Rafael Nadal.
The Serb defeated the Spanish world number one 6-3 6-4 at The O2 in London to extend his current unbeaten run to 22 matches and win his third season-ending crown.
"Djokovic stamped his authority on the final in the first three games by hitting the ball and moving so well," Henman told BBC Sport.
"Rafa came back into it but it was a match too far for Rafael. He deserves to be world number one but indoors Djokovic remains the man to beat."
Djokovic will now take to Belgrade to represent Serbia in the Davis Cup on Friday.
