Barcelona have reportedly identified Chelsea midfielder Willian as a potential January target.
Despite having just entered his seventh campaign at Stamford Bridge, Willian currently has less than a year remaining on his contract, leaving open the possibility of talks being held with other clubs at the beginning of 2020.
According to reports in Spain, this has resulted in Barcelona continuing to monitor the situation, having previously been interested in Willian in the past.
While Chelsea will likely make a move to retain the services of the playmaker in the coming months, Willian may wish to keep his options open until at least January.
The 31-year-old has been a regular in the starting lineup under Frank Lampard since the beginning of September.
