Kurt Zouma could reportedly refuse to join Sevilla as part of a swap deal for Jules Kounde, as the Chelsea centre-back wants to remain in London should he leave Stamford Bridge.
Thomas Tuchel's side are said to be in negotiations with Sevilla over a move for Kounde, and it is believed that the La Liga giants are interested in signing Zouma as part of the agreement.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the Frenchman is reluctant to make the move to Spain and would be more interested in moving to a fellow London club in the Premier League.
West Ham United and Crystal Palace are both said to be interested in the centre-back, with the Hammers thought to be prepared to pay £20m for his services.
The 26-year-old still has two years left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge and was a regular last season, making 36 appearances in all competitions, including 24 outings in England's top flight.
Zouma is thought to be surplus to requirements under Tuchel ahead of the new campaign, though, and looks set to move on before the transfer window closes.
