Harry Davis signs new Crewe Alexandra deal

Crewe Alexandra defender Harry Davis pens a contract extension with the club until the end of the 2016-17 campaign.

Crewe Alexandra defender Harry Davis has signed a new deal with the club until summer 2017.

The 23-year-old's previous contract at Gresty Road was due to expire at the end of the season.

Davis made his first-team debut in 2010 after coming through the club's youth system.

Crewe are currently in 20th place in the League One table, two points above the relegation zone.

They return to league action on Saturday with the visit of MK Dons.
