Former England manager Glenn Hoddle believes that players should not be worried about being bored between matches at Euro 2012.

Glenn Hoddle has claimed that England players should not complain about being bored during their time in Ukraine and Poland at Euro 2012.

Two years ago at the World Cup in South Africa many players voiced their anger at being bored between matches, but Hoddle believes that the squad should be happy to be taking part in a major tournament.

Hoddle said: "You should be happy to be away with your country for five or six weeks at a major finals. You should be happy to do nothing except concentrate on the next match.

"That's the mindset they must have. They should want to spend as much time away as possible because that will mean they are doing well."

Current England manager Roy Hodgson recently urged his squad to enjoy their time at the tournament.
