Want-away Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has reportedly missed a second day of pre-season training.
The England international is said to have pulled out of Thursday morning's session at the Reds' Melwood training ground due to poor health.
It comes just 24 hours after reports first surfaced claiming that the 20-year-old, who has declined the chance to sign a new contract at Anfield, called in sick in an attempt to angle a move away from the club.
According to The Telegraph, Sterling is refusing to turn up to training and has no intention of attending Liverpool's tour of the Far East and Australia.
Manchester City, just one of a number of sides rumoured to be interested in the unsettled star, are thought to have already had two bids turned down for the player's services.
The Citizens could make one final approach, but the two-time Premier League champions are allegedly unwilling to pay the full £50m asking price for Sterling this summer.
