Rudi Garcia: 'Serie A title race not over'

Roma coach Rudi Garcia refuses to concede defeat in the Serie A title race, despite seeing his side drop points in the 0-0 draw with Inter Milan on Saturday.

Roma boss Rudi Garcia believes that the title race is far from over, despite seeing his side stumble to a 0-0 draw against Inter Milan on Saturday.

The Rome side had won 10 of their last 12 home games in Serie A prior to the clash against Inter Milan, though they could not find the all-important winner to keep up with leaders Juventus.

Juve can now extend their lead over Roma to 11 points with a win over AC Milan at the San Siro. However, Garcia is refusing to concede defeat, insisting that "nothing is over".

"If Juventus win tomorrow the title race over? No, there are still many matches to play. Nothing is over. We will see what will happen," Garcia told reporters.

"We had a difficult week. When we fail to win is at least important not to lose, as we managed today."

Roma sit in second place in the Serie A table.
