The summer transfer window has now closed, with Tottenham Hotspur having enjoyed one of their busiest and most exciting windows to date.
Gareth Bale made his return to the club on loan from Real Madrid, while Spurs also spent big on the likes of Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty in addition to loaning Carlos Vinicius. Attention will now switch to the January window as Jose Mourinho continues to mould his squad.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Sunday morning's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup:
Tottenham, Everton lining up January bids for Arkadiusz Milik?
Tottenham Hotspur and Everton could reportedly both make an attempt to sign Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik during the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old enjoyed a successful 2019-20 campaign for his Italian club, finding the back of the net on 14 occasions in 35 appearances in all competitions.
Milik has not been involved for his Serie A side this term, though, and could leave for a cut-price fee at the start of 2021 as his contract is due to expire next June.
According to AS, Tottenham and Everton are ready to compete for the forward, who is known to Toffees manager Carlo Ancelotti due to their time together in Naples.
The report, though, claims that Atletico Madrid are also firmly in the race for the Poland international as they look to bring in a replacement for the injured Diego Costa.
Milik has scored 48 times in 122 appearances for Napoli in all competitions.
Harry Winks to leave Tottenham Hotspur in January?
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks could reportedly seek a move away from North London in the January transfer window.
The England international is finding it increasingly difficult to get a look-in under Jose Mourinho and has not taken to the field in Spurs' last two games against Chelsea and LASK Linz.
The likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko are all preferred to Winks at this moment in time, and the 24-year-old has also witnessed his compatriot Dele Alli be frozen out of the team in the early stages of the 2020-21 campaign.
According to The Mirror, Winks could therefore be heading for the Tottenham exit door in the next transfer window, with the midfielder worried about the prospect of losing his place in the England squad for next year's Euros.
The report claims that Winks would not be short of offers if he did opt for a change in direction, but it remains to be seen whether or not Spurs would sanction a permanent exit next month.
Winks is contracted to Tottenham until the end of the 2023-24 campaign, but the Englishman has not started a Premier League game for Mourinho's side since the third weekend of the season.
