West Ham United have reportedly completed a deal for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.
David Moyes is keen to bring in new competition in between the sticks this summer, with current first-choice goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski now 36 and out of contract in 2022.
As a result, West Ham are reported to have been in contact with PSG over a move for Areola, who played a starring role for Fulham last season despite their swift relegation to the Championship.
The Frenchman supposedly agreed personal terms with West Ham a couple of weeks ago, and journalist Ekrem Konur now claims that his switch to the London Stadium has been completed.
Areola is thought to have agreed a loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the 2021-22 season, and he returns to the Premier League after keeping nine clean sheets in 36 top-flight games last season.
The 28-year-old has also recorded 53 shutouts from 107 games at PSG, but his first-team opportunities at the Parc des Princes would have been further limited this season following the arrival of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
