Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle praises the enthusiasm of on-loan midfielder Ryo Miyaichi.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has praised the enthusiasm of on-loan midfielder Ryo Miyaichi.

Despite remaining as an unused substitute, the 19-year-old Arsenal winger earned his first call-up for Japan this week after impressing for the Trotters.

"He is a young player that continues to get better and we are trying to bring him on in the right way," said Coyle.

"He comes on with freshness, enthusiasm, pace, quality. He has a real desire to push himself on and I love working with that type of young player."

Bolton travel to Premier League leaders Manchester City on Saturday.
