Mathieu Flamini has said that Kim Kallstrom put in a "great performance" during his Arsenal debut earlier this week.
The midfielder, who joined the Gunners on loan in January, played the final 15 minutes of the side's 2-2 draw with Swansea City on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old told the club's website: "It was a great performance when he came in. I'm happy for him because it was his first game and we were all very happy to welcome him at Arsenal and in our team.
"He's a player with a lot of quality and if he has some time to play I'm sure it will be very positive for our team."
Arsenal face Manchester City this weekend.
