Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger wants his players to remain focused following their recent winning form in the Premier League.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has urged his players to remain focused following their improved form in the Premier League.

The Gunners moved up to fourth place in the table on Saturday as they recorded a third win in a row with their 1-0 victory at Wigan Athletic.

"Let's not go overboard," Wenger told the club's official website. "As much as we should not be too depressed when things [don't go right], we now need to keep our feet on the ground."

With their match on Boxing Day against West Ham United called off because of strike action on the London Underground, Arsenal are due to resume their league duties at home to Newcastle United on December 29.
