Jack Wilshere wants more Arsenal goals

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere says that he hopes to score more goals after opening his account for the season today.

Jack Wilshere has said that he wants to score more goals for Arsenal after opening his account for the season today.

The England international midfielder scored the equaliser as Arsenal earned a point at West Bromwich Albion, with their run of 10 straight wins coming to an end at The Hawthorns.

Wilshere has been in the news off the pitch this week after being photographed smoking and Gunners fans chanted today: "Jack Wilshere, he smokes when he wants!"

"Love the new song for me today! Haha fans were incredible again," tweeted Wilshere after the game. "Good point nice to get a goal hopefully a few more to come! #Gooners"

A point was enough for Arsenal to reclaim top spot in the Premier League ahead of Liverpool on goals scored.
