Team News: Nacho Monreal, Hector Bellerin in makeshift Arsenal defence

Arsene Wenger includes Hector Bellerin in a makeshift defence for their game at home to Hull City, while Aaron Ramsey returns to the bench.

Nacho Monreal will start at centre-back for an injury-stricken Arsenal this afternoon as they take on Hull City at the Emirates Stadium.

Nineteen-year-old Hector Bellerin has also come into the back four as Laurent Koscielny is out with an injury picked up on international duty, while Calum Chambers is missing through suspension.

Mesut Ozil is also facing a spell on the sidelines after being diagnosed with a knee injury while away with Germany and has been replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Hull City have made just one change for the trip to London. Hatem Ben Arfa makes his first start for the Tigers and was due to replace record signing Abel Hernandez, but the Uruguayan was recalled to the starting XI after Nikica Jelavic suffered an injury in the warm-up.

Arsenal: Szczesny, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs, Flamini, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cazorla, Alexis, Welbeck
Subs: Martinez, Ajayi, Coquelin, Arteta, Rosicky, Ramsey, Campbell

Hull City: Harper, Elmohamady, Chester, Dawson, Davies, Robertson, Huddlestone, Livermore, Diame, Ben Arfa, Jelavic
Subs: Rosenior, Bruce, Brady, Jakupovic, Ramirez, Quinn, Hernandez
